Returns Policy

 Our products and manufacturers are carefully selected and we think you will love the quality of what we offer. However, in the event that your purchase is not exactly what you wanted, here is what you can do:  Return policies can vary according to product. We accept returns within seven days of delivery to you. The goods must be unused, in fully re-sellable condition and in their original packaging; they must be returned at the customer's expense and sent back to us. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.Returns must be sent via a trackable insured method. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery. Send only by method that requires a signature. We are unable to collect items directly from customers. Your payment will be refunded within 30 days, less transport and insurance costs, subject to our receipt of the goods and inspection as to their suitability for re-sale.
